Job summary

Chatters is hiring a Licensed Hairstylist for our Cottonwood Mall Salon in Chilliwack, BC, where hair is a source of confidence and connection. You’ll deliver cutting, colouring, styling, and treatments while building lasting client relationships and a loyal clientele.

You’ll guide guests with care, stay current on trends, and contribute to a positive, high-energy team. We offer growth, education, and competitive pay with commissions starting at CAD 18.25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Valid BC Hairstylist license required.
• Experience delivering client-focused hair services.
• Ability to build lasting client relationships and retention.

• Deliver professional hair services including cutting,colouring, styling, and treatments, tailored to each clients’needs and lifestyle.

• Build and maintain a loyal clientele by delivering consistent, high-quality results and exceptional service.

What You Bring

• Valid Hairstylist License in British Columbia.
• Proven technical skills in cutting,colouring, styling, and finishing services
• A passion for delivering exceptional client experiences from consultation to final look
• Confidence recommending professional products to support care routines
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships
• A positive, team-oriented mindset and willingness to collaborate in a fast-paced salon environment
• Commitment to cleanliness, safety, and professional standards
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends
• Established clientele (considered an asset)
• Demonstrated success in client retention, rebooking, and creating repeat experiences
• Proven ability to meet or exceed service and retail performance goals
