Job summary

Chatters invites licensed hairstylists to join our Driftwood Mall Courtenay Retail Salon. Deliver cutting, colouring, styling, and treatments while building lasting client relationships and a positive salon atmosphere.

As part of a supportive team, you'll stay current on trends, share knowledge, and help clients feel confident. We offer flexible scheduling, commissions, and opportunities for growth within Chatters' network.

Qualifications

• Valid Hairstylist License in British Columbia.
• Proven technical skills in cutting, colouring, styling and finishing.
• Strong client service orientation and ability to build relationships.
• Excellent communication and teamwork in a fast-paced salon.
• Commitment to cleanliness, safety and professional standards.

• Deliver professional hair services including cutting, colouring, styling, and treatments, tailored to each client’s needs and lifestyle.
• Create memorable client experiences through consultation, artistry, and genuine connections.
• Stay current on trends, techniques, and product knowledge to elevate your craft and recommendations.
• Build and maintain a loyal clientele by delivering consistent, high-quality results and exceptional service.
• Collaborate with your team to maintain a positive, inclusive, and high-energy salon environment.

What You Bring

• Valid Hairstylist License in British Columbia.

• Established clientele (considered an asset)
• Demonstrated success in client retention, rebooking, and creating repeat experiences
