Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Gun Counter Outfitter in Regina to safely handle firearms and comply with provincial, federal, and company regulations while delivering legendary customer service. You will greet customers, assess needs, and help them choose merchandise.

You will maintain store presentation, stay current on hunting trends, promote Bass Pro/Cabela’s programs, and assist in other areas as needed. A license is required.

Qualifications

• One or more years’ experience in a sales or service environment.
• A Restricted and Non-Restricted Possession and Acquisition License is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide legendary customer service by identifying needs and recommending products.
• Knowledge of firearms and scopes; promote Bass Pro Shops/Cabela’s programs.
• Maintain visual presentation standards and store upkeep.
• Respond to customer issues with good judgment and problem solving.
• Demonstrate passion for outdoors and stay informed on trends.
• Assist in other areas of the store as needed.
