We are a busy practice in Downtown Hamilton expanding and currently seeking a Full or Part-time Dentist (no weekends) with a unique potential opportunity to buy in.

We have a cohesive and fun team of extraordinary people and are looking for the same in a Dental Associate.

Requirements:

  1. The successful candidate must be a confident, high-energy, enthusiastic practitioner with excellent clinical skills, a natural rapport with both patients and staff, and a superior work ethic.
  2. We are looking for a dentist who is competent in all aspects of general dentistry. Experience with Sedation, surgery, and Invisalign are all assets.

Our practice has a comprehensive hygiene and GBT program and performs restorative, endodontics, Invisalign, oral surgery, implant restoration, cosmetic work, and comprehensive dentistry.

We have three fully booked, active hygienists with excellent experience in initiating and supporting diagnosis, utilizing intra-oral cameras, and communicating and educating patients on both periodontal, overall oral, and dental health. The dentist who joins this team must share our practice vision and support our patient goals. We provide weekly training to our staff to support our vision, and this training is extended to all new members of the team, including our new Dental Associate.

Compensation will be discussed based on expectations, years of experience, and clinical skills. Invisalign and implant experience are real assets!

Unfortunately, at this time we are ONLY looking for an experienced, licensed Dentist who is qualified to practice in Canada.
