Job summary

Family Dental Care (River Point) in Canada is hiring a Dental Assistant to join our on-site team Tuesday through Saturday. You will prepare treatment rooms, assist dentists and hygienists, take X-rays, and maintain infection control while supporting patient education and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for procedures, ensuring a clean and safe environment.
• Assist dentists and hygienists during treatments, maintaining patient comfort and workflow.
• Take dental X-rays and digital images as required.
• Perform instrument sterilization and infection control following IPAC standards.
• Update patient charts and provide education on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
• Support scheduling, patient flow, and administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with the dental team to deliver efficient, high-quality care.
• Follow all privacy, safety, and regulatory guidelines.
• Establish strong patient relationships while maintaining ethical professional behaviour.

The wage for this DentalAssistantposition is$29-$34/hourdepending on skills, experience, and location.

About You:
