Hiring! Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PsyD / PhD) - Telehealth

Location: Ontario, California

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: $90,000.00 - $100,000 per year + benefits

We're growing our team and looking for a dedicated Clinical or Counseling Psychologist who’s passionate about helping people heal, grow, and thrive.

What You’ll Do:

As a Psychologist at [Your Company Name], you'll work with individuals, couples, or families across the lifespan, using a variety of clinical approaches tailored to each client’s needs. You'll have the freedom to focus on the work you love while we take care of the rest.

  1. Conduct thorough psychological assessments and evaluations
  2. Deliver individual, couples, and/or group therapy using evidence-based practices
  3. Develop and monitor client-centered treatment plans
  4. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with ethical standards
  5. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for coordinated care and support
  6. Engage in regular clinical consultations and optional trainings

Qualifications:

  1. Are a licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in California
  2. Have strong experience in providing individual or group therapy
  3. Are passionate about client-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally competent care
  4. Thrive in a collaborative environment but can also work independently
  5. Feel confident using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems
