We offer free, paid training to obtain your Instructor's License!
Company car provided, with gas, repairs, and insurance all paid by us.

If you are a licensed driving instructor, we will pay you a $3,500 sign-on bonus. If you'd like to obtain your instructor's license, we provide paid training. Unlike most driving schools, our instructors are employees (not independent contractors). We provide the car (all new Toyotas), and we cover gas and repairs; your role is to provide talent! All your time worked is paid, including pickups and meetings with students. Additionally, hours over 44 per week are paid at time and a half.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Conduct student evaluations (marking and grading) and complete comprehensive student progress reports.
2. Consistently demonstrate a professional code of conduct.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed in-car and/or in-class instructor or willing to obtain your license.
• Clean Vulnerable Persons Criminal Record check.
• Must have 5 years of Class G driving experience.

Compensation and Benefits

• Company car provided.
• $2,000 sign-on bonus for licensed in-car instructors.
• $1,500 sign-on bonus for licensed in-class instructors.
• We pay for instructor's license if you don't have it.
• Hourly rate: $19-23 for in-car, $25 for in-class instruction.
• Vacation days: 10-30.
