Licensed Avionics Technician - Line Maintenance Operations (GOGO)

Join us at Execaire Aviation as a Licensed Avionics Technician - Line Maintenance Operations (GOGO). Summary

Perform servicing, troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, modification, installation, and testing of radio, radar, cabin management, and navigation systems and equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Fabricate and install wiring, interpret engineering drawings.
  • Familiarity with avionic installations, practices, materials, and manuals.
  • Assist in interior furnishings removal and reinstallation; perform minor interior repairs.
  • Certify avionics installations using company-issued ACA as required.
  • Inspect components, parts, and materials to ensure compliance with standards; participate in apprenticeship programs; ensure manufactured interior components meet standards.
Requirements
  • Trade school diploma, apprenticeship, or college degree in Avionics or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience with electronic theory, aircraft audio, communication, navigation, autopilot, and flight control systems; knowledge of civil aviation regulations.
  • Avionics "E" license (asset) or M1/M2.
  • Full YUL AVOP and RAIC certification within first 6 months.
  • Ability to lift at least 32 lbs overhead.
  • Willingness to work 8 pm to 4 am; autonomous and accountable.
  • Preference for candidates near YUL; relocation required for others before first shift.
