About the opportunity…

This position is responsible for performing vehicle preventative maintenance and repair on customer and dealership vehicles, including:

• Licensed Technician (Import experience is an asset).
• Diagnose and identify vehicle repair and/or malfunction.
• Perform repairs or maintenance efficiently and accurately, based on guidelines and standards.
• Inspect vehicle engine in operation, conduct road tests, and use diagnostic devices to identify faults.
• Inspect and upgrade vehicle computer and electronic systems.
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure vehicle functionality and longevity.
• Adjust, repair, or replace parts and components of automotive systems.
• Document all repairs and maintenance performed.
• Road test vehicles as required.
• Saturdays: Work one Saturday every three weeks with a Monday or Friday off.

About you…

Ideal candidates will have:

• 2 to 5 years proven experience as an Automotive Service Technician.
• Post-secondary diploma or equivalent experience.
• 310S Mechanic License in good standing.
• Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
• Driver's License and clean Drivers Abstract.
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and meet deadlines.
• Professional communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and strategic thinking.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Self-motivated with a passion for excellence.
• Desire to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
• Proven commitment to quality work.
