Day-to-Day Responsibilities

1. Perform a wide range of mechanical services, including brake and suspension repairs, engine diagnostics, and routine maintenance.
2. Mentor and coach apprentices, sharing your expertise to develop their skills.
3. Work with a skilled team on various vehicles, from passenger cars to light trucks.
4. Assist in identifying mechanical opportunities with the Sales team.
5. Maintain the highest standards of safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed as an Automotive Service Technician.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with front-end brakes, shocks, and wheel alignment.
• Skilled in inspections, diagnostics, adjustments, service, and repair on various vehicles.
• Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
