Job summary

Performance Auto Group seeks a fully licensed 310S Automotive Technician for a high-volume Bolton shop. Earn a flat rate of $37–$42 per hour, plus a production bonus, tool and boot allowance, and a $5,000 signing bonus paid after three and six months.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience, and a valid Ontario driver’s license with a clean record. Join a multi-award winning team focused on service excellence, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Automotive service technician, fully licensed (310S or higher).
• Minimum 3–5 years of automotive mechanical experience.
• Valid Ontario driver's license with a good driving record.
• Excellent diagnostic and electrical skills.
• Ability to work Saturdays if required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles to determine required safety or service work.
• Prepare a repair order with a complete report of recommendations.
• Estimate flat-rate times using manuals and employer policies.
• Obtain prices and availability for recommended parts.
• Perform work per authorization, to standards and efficiently.
• Order parts when authorized and tag for warranty scenarios.
• Road-test vehicles after service as needed.
• Ensure thorough, accurate, timely completion of work.
• Supervise apprentices or students and report deficiencies.
• Attend factory- and dealer-sponsored training.
• Stay updated with factory bulletins and new tech.
• Maintain a clean, organized shop and proper waste disposal.
