Responsibilities
- Conduct property showings for buyers and provide insightful feedback
- Convert high-quality leads generated through our established, high-traffic website
- Follow up with potential clients and guide them through the conversion process
- Assist with the preparation of listings and offers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Review and summarize Strata documents for client clarity and understanding
- Organize and lead buyer tours tailored to client needs and preferences
- Support the groundwork for Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs)
- Manage the day-to-day details that keep a sale or purchase on track from start to finish
- Assist with marketing initiatives and listing prep to maximize exposure and impact
Qualifications
- Exceptional attention to detail with a proven track record of completing complex tasks accurately
- Strong interpersonal skills paired with clear, professional written communication
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities while staying focused and organized
- Technologically savvy and proficient across various software platforms
- Discreet and trustworthy, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality while supporting clients and the team
- Quick to grasp and retain key information, instructions, and essential facts
- Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Possess a valid BC driver’s license and have access to a reliable vehicle
