Creative Structures is looking for an experienced Licensed Architect to join our growing team in London, Ontario.
This role is ideal for an architect who can take ownership of projects, contribute across the full project lifecycle, and provide the professional oversight required to stamp and seal architectural drawings in Ontario.
You will work closely with clients, engineers, consultants, contractors, and internal team members from early concept development through construction documentation and project delivery.
We are looking for someone with strong high‑rise building experience and a solid understanding of the Ontario design and construction environment. Experience with commercial projects is strongly preferred.

The Licensed Architect will work closely with the Creative Structures architectural team, IE Design's structural engineering team, clients, consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
Creative Structures values people who are interested in finding better ways to design, collaborate, and deliver projects. The successful candidate should be comfortable working with current architectural and BIM technology and open to exploring new digital and AI‑enabled tools that can improve design workflows, documentation, productivity, and collaboration.
You are an experienced architect who enjoys being involved in both the creative and technical sides of a project. You can move comfortably between design conversations, technical documentation, client meetings, consultant coordination, and construction‑related problem‑solving.
You bring meaningful commercial building experience and can speak to the size, scope, complexity, and level of responsibility you've held on previous projects. Experience contributing to high‑rise projects will be particularly valuable.
You take ownership of your work, communicate clearly, and understand the professional responsibility that comes with reviewing and stamping architectural documents.
You also enjoy working in a smaller, collaborative environment where you can contribute ideas, help shape how work gets done, and have a meaningful impact on the growth of the practice.
