Location : Mirabel, QC
Type : Full-time – Flexible shifts
Salary: Up to $48.27/hour depending on experience + endorsement bonus from $1,000 to $4,000

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance
• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and modify mechanical systems and components
• Accurately document all work according to company and regulatory standards
• Collaborate closely with supervisors to meet quality and timeline expectations
• Ensure compliance with Transport Canada, FAA, and other regulatory bodies
• Valid M2 Aircraft Maintenance License with aircraft endorsement
• Experience in heavy maintenance (asset)
• Attention to detail, autonomy, and commitment to safety and quality
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required for technical communication and documentation
