Are you a skilled automotive technician looking for your next challenge? Fairview Tire AutoPro, a family-owned and operated business, is seeking a fully licensed Automotive Repair Technician (310S) to join our high-volume, fast-paced shop with an established and loyal clientele.

About the Role:

As a vital member of our team, you'll be responsible for diagnosing and repairing domestic and import vehicles, ensuring top-quality service for all makes and models. We’re looking for a leader who thrives in a collaborative environment, working closely with our general laborers and apprentices to deliver exceptional customer service and repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Diagnose and perform repairs on a wide range of vehicles with high confidence and expertise.
2. Collaborate with apprentices and junior technicians to foster a learning environment.
3. Ensure timely completion of jobs while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
4. Provide accurate assessments and recommendations to customers and team members.
5. EV/Hybrid experience is a great asset.

Requirements:

1. 310S Certification required
2. 3+ years of hands-on experience with both domestic and import vehicles
3. Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex vehicle issues
4. A team player with leadership potential
5. MUST have a Valid Ontario G driver’s license
6. You must provide your own transportation to and from work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
