Job summary

What will you be doing?
  • Provide initial licensing support for new vehicle deliveries using third-party vendors.
  • Report vehicle deliveries promptly to support expedited lease production.
  • Hold weekly vendor status meetings to ensure timely asset transportation for HSBS.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and Licensing & Compliance to resolve inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
  • Assist team members with licensing questions and monitor work volume to identify training needs.
  • Coordinate licensing projects, provide updates to management, and promote licensing programs.
  • Analyze and prepare scope of work documents for licensing projects, including recommendations.
  • Research state regulations and liaise with DMV and other agencies.
  • Identify and implement new processes or functions in collaboration with management.
  • Support client visits related to licensing projects and establish licensing parameters.
  • Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers regarding licensing and project status.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
What are we looking for?

Pay:

We offer competitive wages based on skills, experience, education, and location, starting from $64,090 to $92,925 CAD annually for full-time employees. Compensation includes base pay earnings.
