Job Title: LGV Driver

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our Distribution team as an LGV Driver at our Milton site.

Role Purpose: To support the company's delivery strategy by operating a Company LGV delivery vehicle, maintaining high standards of professionalism and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Comply with LGV Drivers Hours Regulations.
  2. Ensure adherence to Goods Vehicle Operator Licensing regulations.
  3. Follow all relevant legislation, including the Road Traffic Act.
  4. Maintain compliance with Health & Safety legislation and company policies.
  5. Complete deliveries as instructed.
  6. Communicate any issues to relevant parties.
  7. Drive fuel-efficiently and safely.
  8. Expect an average of 2 nights out per week.
  9. Perform other duties as requested by management.

About You:

  1. Hold a current LGV license.
  2. Have good geographical knowledge.
  3. Ability to work independently.
  4. Maintain good physical fitness.
  5. Work within set timeframes.
  6. Basic understanding of Health, Safety & Risk Assessment.
