Overview

Field Sales Representative- Home Appliance

Match Retail is seeking a passionate Field Sales Representative for its LG Client with a broad knowledge of home appliances to promote brand awareness for our global client. As a Field Sales Representative, you will build and manage client relationships at the corporate, dealer, and retail level by coaching, training, and supporting various vendors, retail locations, and dealers.

Match Retail is a leading sales, merchandising, and branded retail agency working for major brands across North America. Inspired by an endless desire to help transform brands so they can be retail ready, Match Retail works with tier one clients to drive conversion in traditional shopping environments through enhanced customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day client liaison at a retail level
  • Foster strong relationships with retailers
  • Provide coaching to Sales Representatives
  • Training of Retailer Staff
  • Conduct pre-scheduled training sessions weekly
  • Provide sales assists at locations weekly
  • Gather market analysis and report market trends of how product is perceived in the market
  • Plan and facilitate training and launch meetings to ensure all client/retailer groups are able to demonstrate product knowledge
  • Provide sales support through offering business advice and product consultation to retailers if required
  • Ensure stock levels of merchandise meet product demand and report back
  • Support marketing initiatives through maintaining direct contact with sales points in the market
  • Resolve issues that affect brand integrity and presence
  • Provide feedback to Regional Field Manager and LG
  • Support Go To Market planning and promotional activities in the field
  • Set up promotional materials and support dealers via incentive events and programs
  • Provide strategic input to help leverage the client brand.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated experience in working within the Home Appliance sector
  • Minimum 3 years of selling Home Appliances
  • Experience as a Field Sales Representative
  • Post-secondary degree/diploma in a related discipline
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Prior success in training and motivating a sales team in meeting and exceeding performance objectives
  • Available to travel within the market (Must love being on the road)

Additional Info:

  • 40h/week, 5 days including weekends
  • Base Salary + Car Allowance + Mobile Phone + Bonuses and more
