We’re seeking motivated sales professionals to join our successful team in the growing home improvement industry. Our Design Consultants visit pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations, providing homeowners with all the information needed to make a same-day decision on gutter protection.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Travel to and from your residence to pre-qualified appointments with homeowners
• Perform product demonstrations and discuss custom quotes during in-home consultations
• Follow a value-based selling process emphasizing honesty and integrity
• Attend training sessions and regular sales meetings
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license (required)
• Comfortable traveling up to 2 hours for appointments daily (required)
• Ability to lift and carry 20-60 lbs. of sample materials (required)
• Proficient in navigating applications on an iPad (required)
• Previous outside sales experience is not required
• Willingness to learn a structured, proven sales process
• Strong desire and ability to close sales

Compensation:

• Uncapped, full commission structure with current consultants earning $80,000-$220,000+
• Performance-based bonus opportunities
• ICBA Contractors insurance offered

Schedule:

• Flexible weekly schedule
• Evening and weekend availability required
