Your Role

As a Certified Level II Dental Assistant, you’ll play a pivotal role in creating positive patient experiences and driving our practice’s success. Responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for sterile bay, sterilization and maintenance of instruments, documents and reports – demonstrate knowledge of infection control
  • Assist in preparing/setting up and disinfecting of operatories
  • Taking X-Rays
  • Provide friendly and exceptional service to our patients
  • Perform other duties as required for the efficient operation of the practice.

Qualifications

  • Successfully completed a Certified Level 2 Dental Assistant Certification
  • MUST have your NDAEB board exams written and must possess active status
  • HARP certification.
  • Able/Willing to travel 1 day per week to satellite office.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills (verbal and written), with a proven ability to build strong relationships and rapport with patients, parents, doctors, fellow team members and the community.
  • Keen attention-to-detail and time management skills.
  • Strong conflict resolution, problem solving and decision-making skills.
