TechBiz Global GmbH is seeking a Level 2 Support Engineer to join our Customer Success department. As a Level 2 Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance and support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our products.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions to technical issues.
Collaborate with the Level 1 support team to escalate complex problems.
Troubleshoot software and hardware issues to identify root causes.
Document support processes and solutions for future reference.
Assist in testing new product features and updates.
Minimum Requirements:
3+ Years of advanced IT support (MSP) experience.
Proficient in PowerShell / scripting.
Advanced knowledge in server, firewall, and networking.
Advanced knowledge in Cloud technologies like O365, Azure, Exchange, SharePoint & Intune.
