TechBiz Global GmbH is seeking a Level 2 Support Engineer to join our Customer Success department. As a Level 2 Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance and support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our products.

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions to technical issues.

Minimum Requirements:

  4. Advanced knowledge in Cloud technologies like O365, Azure, Exchange, SharePoint & Intune.
