Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Disassemble and reassemble necessary vehicle parts needed to complete the job.
  • Operate power tools, hand tools, grind, and sand finished surfaces safely.
  • Performing all body repairs to estimate.
  • Performing welding, soldering, body alignment, and frame autobody repairs.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
  • Follow safety protocols and shop procedures
  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
  • Ensure repairs meet quality standards and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Level 2 or Level 3 Autobody Technician Certification or equivalent experience
  • ICAR Certified (preferred) or interest in becoming certified
  • Vast knowledge of autobody repair techniques and tools
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
  • Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to drive manual transmissions
  • Willingness to learn and grow in the trade
