Job summary

Long & McQuade Limited in Woodstock, ON is seeking qualified music teachers working as independent contractors to provide lessons at our on-site Lesson Centres for piano, guitar, bass, drums, woodwinds, brass, strings and voice.

Ideal candidates have a music degree or diploma or equivalent credentials, plus proven teaching experience with students of all ages and a solid grasp of standard teaching methods and curricula for private or group lessons.

Qualifications

• Sufficient candidates must have at least one of the listed qualifications: a music degree or diploma from a recognized university or college.
• Must have previous teaching experience with all ages of students.
• Knowledge and application of standard teaching methods and lesson curricula for private or group lessons.

Responsibilities

• Teach music lessons as an independent contractor at the Woodstock location.
• Deliver lessons across instruments offered by the Long & McQuade Lesson Centres.
