Job summary

Long & McQuade Musical Instruments in Victoriaville is seeking a Lessons Teacher to work as an independent contractor, teaching piano and other instruments at conveniently located on-site Lesson Centres.

Availability includes weekdays, weeknights and weekends. Suitable candidates will have formal music credentials and proven teaching experience across ages, applying standard curricula and teaching methods in private or group settings.

Qualifications

• Must have a music degree or diploma from a recognized University or College.
• Minimum Grade 8 RCM standing with Grade 2 Rudiments.
• Professional equivalency.
• Must have previous teaching experience with all ages of students.
• Knowledge and application of standard teaching methods and lesson curriculum in the private or group lesson situation is required
