Role Overview

The Lending Referral Partnerships Manager provides expertise in designing, developing, managing, and implementing projects from business case development through execution. The role involves working across BMO to deliver specific project and program results aligned with group goals.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • Typically 5-7 years of relevant experience with a post-secondary degree or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of Lean process improvement, process analysis tools, and testing strategies.
  • Understanding of risk, regulatory requirements, and transaction procedures.
  • Strong skills in process and project management, communication, collaboration, analysis, influence, and data-driven decision-making.
Compensation and Benefits

Salary: $74,800.00 - $138,600.00 | Pay Type: Salaried
