As a key member of the Brantford team the Leisure Travel Advisor will be responsible for the successful completion of leisure travel arrangements for Direct Travel clients.This rolewillwork closely with Leisure Travel team members andreportto the Branch Manager.

Expedition Expectations

• Provideleisure travel sales by building a clientele of new and existing business
• Build client base through Virtuoso marketing, localeventsand personal networking
• Sell DirectTravel strategic supplier products
• Plan itineraries, book tickets, and arrange travel accommodations and services
• Research andprovidesolutions to client travel-related problems
• Provideexcellent customer services to internal and external clients
• Continued education via Virtuoso Travel Academy, internal programs, and travel

Passport to Success

• Minimum of two (2) years of travel agency experience
• Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Software
• Demonstrated professional customer service skills
• Capability ofmaintaininga favorable company image when interfacing with outside sources

• Demonstrate personal and organizational integrity
• Working in a team environment supporting management and staff, following policies,providingfeedback,assistingin special projects, and taking onadditionalresponsibility
