An established industry player in the energy sector is offering a unique summer internship for aspiring legal professionals. As a Legal Summer Student, you'll gain invaluable hands-on experience while working alongside a dynamic team of legal experts. You'll assist in drafting contracts, conduct legal research, and support the Legal Department in various tasks. Trans Mountain Corporation operates Canada’s only pipeline system transporting oil products to the West Coast. We deliver approximately 890,000 barrels of petroleum products each day through a dual pipeline system of more than 1,150 kilometres of pipeline in Alberta, British Columbia and Washington state.
Trans Mountain also operates a state-of-the-art loading facility, Westridge Marine Terminal, with three berths providing tidewater access to global markets.
As a Legal, Summer Student with Trans Mountain, you’ll have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and fast-paced group of Legal experts. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the energy sector and develop your legal skills in a professional setting.
This position is based in our Calgary Head Office and will report to the Director, Commercial Law.
Duration: May 5, 2025 to August 29, 2025.

The expected pay range for this position is $24.61 to $33.48 CAD per hour.
