Legal Sr Analyst (Office of General Counsel)

About The Role

The Sr Analyst will support the general counsel team in corporate transactions such as debt, equity, and others, ensuring legal compliance and effective governance.

Responsibilities

• Support the closing of corporate transactions and ensure governance compliance;
• Manage external parties involved in corporate transactions;
• Ensure transactions comply with applicable laws and corporate documents.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years PQE as a compliance officer or similar role;
• Private practice experience in law firms is preferred;
• Proven track record in corporate transactions;
• Fluent in English, with excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills;
• Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of working collaboratively across teams;
• Commercial acumen with the ability to balance legal and business considerations;
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail;
• Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage multiple projects;
• Professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information.
