Open to Freshers & 2+ Years Experience

Key Responsibilities :

  1. High-Volume Communication (100+ Calls Daily)
  2. Manage inbound / outbound calls for legal appointments, client follow-ups, and stakeholder coordination.
  3. Act as the first point of contact between the owner, lawyers, and clients.
  4. Legal Meeting & Schedule Management
  5. Fix and coordinate meetings between the owner and lawyers / clients.
  6. Maintain the owner’s calendar, court dates, and deadlines.
  7. Paralegal & Legal Admin Support
  8. Assist in drafting legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.
  9. Organize case files, maintain legal databases, and track case progress.
  10. Handle basic legal research under lawyer supervision (if required).
  11. Owner’s Task Execution
  12. Complete ad-hoc tasks assigned by the owner (emails, errands, documentation, etc.).
  13. Manage travel arrangements, expense reports, and other admin duties.
  14. Confidentiality & Compliance
  15. Handle sensitive legal and business information with discretion.
  16. Ensure compliance with legal formalities in documentation.

Requirements :

  • Education : Any graduate (Law background preferred but not mandatory).
  • Experience : 0-2 years (Freshers with strong communication skills can apply).
  • Skills Needed :

Fluent in English & Hindi (verbal / written).

Basic MS Office (Word, Excel) & Email Drafting.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus : Knowledge of legal terms / documentation.

Personality Traits :

Proactive, disciplined, and comfortable with high-pressure calling.

Strong organizational skills for managing schedules.
