We seek a legal counsel specializing in labour law with practical experience before various courts. Reporting to the Corporate Director, Labour and Employment Law, French Services, you will assist in preparing files and representing the Corporation before arbitration tribunals in both French and English when required.
You will provide legal services to various institutional clients, represent CBC/Radio-Canada in court, and support the team with research and legal expertise. External legal counsel liaison and participation in multidisciplinary projects will also be part of your role. You will advise operational areas and work with senior executives on sensitive matters.
Candidates may undergo skills and knowledge testing. Only selected candidates will be contacted for an interview. A background check, including a criminal record check, will be required for those advancing in the process.
