Intent of the process:
Staffing 30+ positions in the Ontario Regional Office (Toronto), including various tenures and divisions. A candidate pool may be established for similar future positions, with potential progression from LP-00 to LP-02 through the Justice Canada LP-01 Training and Development Program.

Required information:
Explain how you meet the following essential qualifications:
Membership eligibility in the Canadian or Quebec legal professional body.
Legal services experience as counsel, articling student, or law clerk to a judge.
Knowledge of relevant case law.
Legal issue identification, problem-solving, and judgment skills.
Integrity, analytical thinking, teamwork, initiative, and communication skills.
Additional experience in specialized areas (tax, civil litigation, administrative law, etc.) may be assessed later.
