About This Employment Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Legal Counsel to join our team and support the CCHPBC’s regulatory and public protection mandate. In this role, you will provide legal advice and guidance on complex inquiry, discipline, and unauthorized practice matters. You will also be responsible for preparing submissions and acting as counsel in Health Professions Review Board applications.
This opportunity offers a dynamic role where you will work closely with the Registrar and Inquiry Committee, delivering legal analysis, drafting decisions, and helping shape CCHPBC’s regulatory processes. Compensation and Perks
The salary range is $127,125 to $137,000 annually, based on a 37.5-hour work week. The starting salary will be determined by knowledge, skills, experience, peer salaries, market conditions, and other relevant factors.
