The Legal Coordinator, under the direction of the Associate Director, Office of the CAO, will primarily be responsible for coordinating legal matters for the Town by working closely with external legal counsel and internal departments. The Law Clerk provides professional legal support with a focus on planning, real estate, procurement, and corporate matters. This position requires a high degree of confidentiality, sound judgment, and independence, and plays a vital role in promoting legal compliance and operational efficiency across the organization.
