  • Provide ad hoc analytics to support compliance investigations or regulator enquiries.

Regulatory Filings &Licensing

  • Track deadlines and prepare/submit insurance‑licence renewals, corporate registrations, and other filings across federal, provincial, and territorial regulators.
  • Maintain accurate licensing records and generate monthly status reports for management review.

Board & Executive Reporting

  • Compile quarterly compliance metrics (licensing, distributor risk register, complaints, training uptake, policy revisions, Fair Treatment of Customers Performance Indicators) into concise PowerBI visuals and executive summaries.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and IT to ensure data integrity and timely delivery of information for Board packages.

Policy, Procedure & Document Control

  • Draft and update policies/procedures to reflect evolving regulatory requirements and business processes.
  • Maintain a structured repository for legal documents, precedents, and correspondence ensuring version control and quick retrieval.

Complaint & Privacy Support

  • Triage legal, compliance, and privacy inboxes; log, track, and escalate issues as required.
  • Assist in analyzing complaint data to identify systemic issues and recommend corrective actions.

Training & Knowledge Management

  • Contribute analytical insights to compliance training materials (e.g., heat maps of risk hotspots).
  • Track training completion records and feed results into the risk register for an integrated view of distributor performance.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Administrative & Special Projects
