We are currently recruiting a Legal Assistant, Float for our Toronto office. The successful candidate will provide administrative and practice management support across various practice areas. Strong communication, technical skills, initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment are essential. Client service, organizational, and practice management skills are also required.

Education and Experience
The ideal candidate will have a Community College Certificate in a Legal Secretarial Assistant program or equivalent, strong MS Office skills, and 3-5 years of legal assistant experience. A positive attitude, professionalism, and teamwork are essential. An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience is acceptable.
We currently operate under a hybrid work model, primarily in-office with flexibility for remote work up to 2 days per week.
