A prominent, multi-office New England law firm is seeking a Legal Assistant to support its fast-paced litigation practice. This role is based in Concord, NH and offers a highly collaborative and professional environment. Ideal for candidates who thrive in a detail-oriented, team-based legal setting.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare, draft, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and research memos
  • Conduct legal and social science research; review and summarize case law, statutes, and regulatory materials
  • File pleadings with the New Hampshire Court system
  • Manage calendars, coordinate travel, schedule meetings, and handle expense reports
  • Perform general administrative support including scanning, copying, maintaining records, and document management
  • Work collaboratively with attorneys and legal staff to support firm objectives

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional legal experience
  • Minimum 2 years of legal assistant experience, ideally in litigation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong writing, editing, and analytical skills
