Job summary

Harvey in Canada seeks a Legal Engineer - Product Specialist based in Toronto to help clients integrate Harvey into daily workflows, driving adoption and renewal. You will collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Account Executives to build trusted relationships with law firms and in-house teams, tailoring strategies from a lawyer’s lens.

Qualifications

Based in Toronto and eligible to work in Toronto.
3+ years experience as a qualified lawyer at a top-tier firm.
Executive engagement and presence with key decision makers.
Outstanding presentation skills for legal and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

Build trusted relationships with law firm and in-house legal teams by understanding their workflows and guiding Harvey’s AI adoption.
Design and lead onboarding sessions, training workshops, and enablement programs to drive adoption and value.
Partner with Customer Success Managers and Account Executives to identify expansion opportunities and support renewals.
Surface adoption obstacles and develop strategies to overcome them.
Translate legal needs into feedback for product and engineering teams from a lawyer’s perspective.
Monitor usage and identify at-risk accounts or untapped opportunities, re-engaging users.
Contribute to Canadian region content like training materials and FAQs.
Support Harvey’s credibility in Canada by delivering domain-specific guidance.
