Job summary

Adag Group, a rapidly growing Canadian company specializing in data centers, seeks a Legal Advisor to support its operations and those of Eco DC Solutions from Montreal. You will draft and negotiate commercial contracts, advise on growth projects, acquisitions, reorganizations, and governance, and collaborate with external counsel.

As a Quebec Bar member with 2–5 years in commercial or transactional law, you will be bilingual, independent, and entrepreneurial, ready to translate business

Qualifications

• Active member of the Quebec Bar is required.
• 2–5 years of experience in commercial, corporate, or transactional law.
• Bilingual (English/French) and entrepreneurial mindset preferred.

Adag Group, a rapidly growing Canadian company specializing in the development of data centers and critical infrastructure, is seeking a Legal Advisor to support its operations as well as those of its sister company, Eco DC Solutions.

A varied role, at the heart of growth

Working closely with management, the legal team, and business units, you will be involved in a wide variety of legal matters, including drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, supporting growth projects, acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and corporate governance. You will also provide legal advice to internal teams on day-to-day matters and collaborate with external legal advisors.

The ideal candidate

As a member of the Quebec Bar, you have two to five years of experience in commercial, corporate, or transactional law. Bilingual, independent, and entrepreneurial, you enjoy negotiating, understanding business challenges, and developing practical solutions.
