We’re looking for a Legal Administrative Assistant with 3+ years of experience working in Litigation who is seeking to advance their career. As an experienced Legal Administrative Assistant, you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with a senior Litigation Partner in a dynamic practice.

Qualifications
Knowledge and Experience
  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive or Legal Administrative Assistant (or a combination of education and experience)
  • Strong experience with calendar and legal practice management
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to learn and utilize various software programs used by the firm
  • Willingness to engage in continuous learning through formal and self-directed opportunities
  • Solution-oriented mindset with sound judgment for informed decision-making
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with discretion in handling confidential information
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality work
  • Professional, responsive, friendly, and capable of building productive relationships
