Position: Legal Administrative Assistant for Friendly Boutique Law Firm
Location: Guelph 9 to 5 Onsite 5 days a week

The Company

Our client is an established legal boutique specializing in employment and labor law located in Guelph and is hiring an additional team member.

Who They Are Looking For

This firm is eager to find a friendly and client service focused Legal Administrative Assistant who can sit at the front office and provide administrative and legal support to the Senior Partner and his team. You must have a legal background for this role.

Responsibilities
  • First point of contact for all client calls and inquiries
  • Handle all client meetings in the office. Order catering
  • Handle client intakes and create client files
  • File office and court documents
  • Back up for preparing submissions
  • Create invoices and pay office bills
  • Order office supplies and liaise with couriers
Qualifications
  • 3 years experience within a legal administrative role is a MUST
  • Work experience in Litigation is ideal
  • Knowledge of LEAP is an asset (open and update files in LEAP)

This role is ideal for someone who wants to expand their knowledge in litigation and work with a very friendly and supportive team.
