Core qualifications of Legal Assistant:

  • You're friendly, communicative, and not shy of daily communication in English with colleagues from different countries.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Slides, and Meet) is preferred, however experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams is also acceptable.
  • You're meticulous, systematic, and can efficiently and independently organize tasks and see them through to successful completion.
  • Seeking a full-time role and eager to develop further, with our full support.

Your future role involves:

  • Providing administrative support to the In-house Legal team.
  • Facilitating communication across the entire regional network of Creative Dock.
  • Assisting in the preparation of materials and completion of presentations for our In-house lawyers.
  • Managing email and telephone communication within the region.
  • Maintaining document databases.
  • Filing documents, copying, scanning, and scheduling meetings.
  • And other tasks as we discover your potential, possibly involving the preparation of contracts and other legal documents.

Hiring process:

  • Screening phone call with the Recruiter.
  • Interview with the Legal Team Lead.
  • Bootcamp (1 day spent with your potential team – we want to see how you work and hear your questions about Creative Dock).
