Salary: $35.00/hour, 35 hours per week

Terms of employment: Permanent, Full-time

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the flow of information
  • Open and distribute incoming mail and other materials
  • Supervise and train staff
  • Maintain filing systems
  • Record and prepare minutes of court sessions, meetings, or conferences
  • Establish office procedures and routines
  • Arrange travel and reservations
  • Prepare financial statements and reports
  • Draft and proofread legal documents and correspondence
  • Perform basic bookkeeping
