Sustainability Integration:

  • Collaborate with the Connect 6ix teams to ensure the integration of sustainability goals into project specifications, procurement packages, construction methods, materials, and subcontractor’s handover packages.
  • Monitor implementation of green building strategies such as energy efficiency, water use reduction, sustainable materials, and waste management.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain up-to-date LEED project documentation including credit tracking spreadsheets, meeting minutes, and required backup documentation.
  • Prepare periodic reports on LEED status and present updates to the project team, LEED consultant and stakeholders.

Training and Communication:

  • Provide sustainability and LEED-related training or guidance to Connect 6ix internal teams and subcontractors if required.
