Position Summary	The University of North Carolina Asheville Department of Economics invites applications for a two-year, non-tenure track Lecturer position in Economics to begin Fall 2025. The successful candidate will teach 3 courses (a total of 12 contact hours) per semester. The precise course mix each year will be a function of department needs and may include Introductory Economic Analysis, courses required for the Economics major or Finance minor, and/or elective courses. Electives in any field including Regional, Health, Sports, Finance, Environmental, International or Development Economics would be welcome offerings. Teaching assignments will be primarily face-to-face and may include some online instruction. UNC Asheville is a leading public liberal arts and science institution with a deep commitment to teaching. It is the designated liberal arts and sciences university of the UNC system and is located in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Western North Carolina.
