EPCOR’s Leaves, Benefits & Wellness team in Edmonton, AB is hiring a full-time permanent Leaves & Benefits Advisor to administer leaves of absence and support disability case management.

The role focuses on advisory services, return-to-work coordination, payroll implications, and wellness program delivery across EPCOR Canada, with opportunities to collaborate with Managers and HR partners.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 2+ years in disability management, health services, or HR.
• Experience with leave administration and wellness programs.

Responsibilities

• Administering and coordinating employee leaves of absence
• Reviewing claims and medical documentation for adjudication
• Applying contracts and policies to support leave and disability cases
• Coordinating payroll and benefits implications
• Supporting wellness initiatives and EFAP education
• Maintaining confidential case files and documentation
• Preparing reports on absence, claims and timekeeping
