About the Future Leasing Specialist opportunity :

As our frontline liaison, build strong relationships and deliver excellence by addressing concerns to maintain resident satisfaction.

Leasing Champion

Own the leasing process from initial inquiry to onboarding new residents. Proactively monitor vacancies and achieve leasing targets.

Operations Guru

Collect payments, inspect properties, and facilitate resident moves and maintenance requests.

What Will You Need To Succeed

• 1-2 years’ experience in customer service, sales, office administration, or related fields.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Well-developed oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office; property management software knowledge is an asset.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends when needed.
• Proven ability to address concerns and meet performance targets.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, insured, and a clean driver abstract.
