Leasing Specialist Summer Student (4-Month Contract)

Join us as a Leasing Specialist Summer Student (4-Month Contract) at Avenue Living Residential.

This is a full-time temporary position from May 5th to August 29th, 2025.

Role Responsibilities

• Lead leasing activities for multi-family residential units within your designated region.
• Pre-qualify prospective residents and organize showings to maximize daily viewings.
• Conduct and document showings in Yardi on the same day.
• Follow up with applicants, assist with applications, and complete lease agreements ensuring compliance.
• Manage move-in inspections, renewal activities, and maintain knowledge of property inventory.
• Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a post-secondary diploma or degree in business administration, property management, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years in customer service or property management sales roles.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager and Rent Café is an asset.
• Ability to work outside regular hours, hold a valid driver's license, and provide a clean driving record.
• Must pass a criminal record check.
