A day in the life of a Leasing Specialist :

• Build superior customer sales experiences by welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email.
• Demonstrate compassion and empathy to understand customer situations and needs.
• Educate and empower customers to achieve their financial goals through credit building.
• Communicate the terms and conditions of our financial products.
• Support retail operations by managing customer accounts, collections, merchandising, and store maintenance.
• Verify pricing on items daily.
• Secure all required information for customer applications with strong attention to detail.
• Communicate lease agreement terms and follow best sales practices to minimize future collections.

What we are looking for :

• Excellent communicator, people and results-oriented, with a drive to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
• Combination of technical and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and multitasking.
• Ability to follow up with customers via phone and pay attention to detail.
• Some experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Ability to pass background checks (criminal, employment).
• Full class driver’s license is an asset.
