About the Future Leasing & Resident Experience Specialist opportunity:

• Conduct property tours and provide information about the community and amenities to prospective residents
• Process rental applications and lease agreements
• Respond to resident inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly
• Collaborate with maintenance to address service requests quickly
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and leasing activity
• Plan and execute resident events to foster community (as needed)
• Engage continuously with residents to promote retention and community feeling
• Perform other duties as assigned

What Will You Need To Succeed

• 3-5 years of experience in hospitality, property management, or related fields
• Excellent customer service, sales, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Commitment to providing an exceptional resident experience
• Valid driver’s license, clean record, reliable transportation (may be required for some locations)
