Responsibilities

As a Leasing Professional - Residential, you will partner with the team on property marketing, advertising, and sales activities. Your role includes ensuring resident satisfaction, lease renewals, and property occupancy. Key responsibilities:

  1. Conduct property tours for prospective residents and visitors.
  2. Process documentation such as credit screenings, background checks, lease agreements, and move-in packages.
  3. Inspect apartments before occupancy to ensure they are in excellent condition.
  4. Develop marketing plans to maintain occupancy and stay informed about market trends.
  5. Create promotional materials and utilize technology to communicate with prospects and generate revenue.
  6. Achieve revenue and occupancy goals through marketing, advertising, and sales efforts.
  7. Assist with lease renewals and communication processes.
  8. Build relationships with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and secure leases or renewals.

Qualifications

Minimum requirements include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Customer service or sales experience preferred.
  • Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
  • Entrata experience preferred.
  • Ability to work indoors (~95%) and outdoors (~5%).
  • Use senses to inspect buildings and detect alarms.
  • Perform physical inspections, including climbing stairs or accessing restricted areas.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Availability for emergencies and on-site management during natural disasters.
  • Flexibility to transfer properties and work overtime as needed.
  • Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
